For nearly two decades I have practiced healing arts in the form of massage, spa, and energetic therapies. I attended the Mueller College of Holistic Studies in San Diego California, where I earned a 1000 hour certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner of Integrated Bodywork. I later became licensed in Louisiana after moving home to raise my family. Over the years I have studied, practiced, and taught a wide variety of healing arts styles including Thai Massage, Deep Tissue Therapies, Cupping, Acupressure, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, Hot Stone, Prenatal Massage, and more.
This classic western massage style uses gentle to medium pressure and gliding stokes to increase circulation, ease muscle tension and to promote deep relaxation.
