Often I am asked how I got into massage therapy. It started with helping my mother with aches and pains when I was young. I believe that is how I developed a sense of caring for the wellbeing of others. Practicing massage therapy is one of the most fulfilling experiences I have ever had the privilege to partake in.
Connective Tissue / Neuromuscular Therapy modalities using a variety of trigger point techniques to provide a deep and lasting relaxation of your muscular problems, promoting mobility and restoring function. Session will include magnesium oil sprayed on feet to aid with reduction of soreness and increased hydration of cells.Pairs well with aromatherapy, may be customized with Hot Stones and/or Cupping.
