Bailey Spahn, LMT Licensed Massage Therapist | Nervous SystemBased Bodywork Licensed since March 24, 2023, I provide customized massage sessions centered around calming the nervous system, reducing tension, and helping the body return to a more balanced, relaxed state. I was raised around the world of rehabilitation, growing up in a physical therapy environment through my father, a Doctor of Physical Therapy. That early exposure shaped my understanding of the body and introduced me to the power of hands-on, manual therapy from a young age. My approach is rooted in my signature style Safe Soft Slow Smooth creating an experience that allows the body to fully unwind and shift out of stress mode. Each session blends therapeutic and relaxation-based techniques to support recovery, stress relief, and overall wellness. Whether you're dealing with physical tension, feeling overwhelmed, or simply looking to reset, your session is tailored to meet you where you are. I strive to create a quiet, comfortable environment where clients can disconnect from the outside world and feel completely at ease. Outside of my practice, I am a volunteer firefighter with the Bay Shore Fire Department, Hook & Ladder Company #1, where I also serve as Treasurer. Im proud to be part of the Bay Shore community where I was born and raised. When Im not working, I enjoy hiking, nature walks, and (on the complete opposite end of the spectrum) a good horror movie.
