My name is Kevin Lasota and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Ohio. I am also AMTA Sports Massage Certified and this is what I specialize in . I created Massage Movement to use the power of massage to fix your muscular issues and to improve your move. I have been a runner and a soccer player for majority of my life and my massage therapy journey began as a client when I first started to implement it as part of my recovery process. After seeing the benefits and success I personally had with it, I decided to become a therapist and to help others.
Each session is customized individually around your specific needs and goals. This will include a variety of techniques such as deep tissue work, trigger point release, muscle energy techniques, passive stretching, joint movement as well as implementing the use of different massage tools like a massage gun or massage roller if necessary.
