This session is designed to reduce tension & pain to help your body move freer. A variety of techniques will be applied based on your needs caused by muscular imbalances. Deep tissue release, acupressure, trigger point releases, & deep stretching are a few that may be used. This session is for those who may be experiencing chronic pain due long term tension and want to release the trauma stored in the body.
