Drawing from a wide range of therapeutic disciplines, I employ various techniques based on the respective needs of each client; an approach that I believe to be one of the guiding principals of my work. I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for my clients as well as to establish a genuine sense of trust and rapport. Each session is guided by the practitioner's understanding of the individual's needs, utilizing integrative massage, bodywork, and energy healing techniques consisting of Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Myoskeletal Alignment, Trigger Point Therapy, Reiki, and Pranic Healing.
Thai Massage combines the elements of massage and yoga, utilizing broad compressions, targeted pressure, and assisted deep stretching to promote relaxation, increase flexibility, relieve areas of tension and pain, and restore the flow of energy throughout the body.Thai Massage is done fully clothed on a large specialized mat on the ground. Working on the ground allows the therapist to use leverage, body-weight, and positioning to achieve optimum results.
