Hi, Im Anna! A North Carolina Licensed Massage Therapist (NCLMBT #20230). I graduated from The College of Wilmington in 2022 and have continued expanding my knowledge and approach through ongoing education in therapeutic bodywork techniques. My approach to massage therapy is centered around intentional, customized care. I believe every body is different, which is why I take the time to listen to each clients concerns, goals, and overall experience within their body before creating a session tailored specifically to their goals. I specialize in therapeutic bodywork techniques including deep tissue massage, MediCupping, hot stone therapy, and table Thai techniques. My goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and able to slow down while also receiving focused therapeutic work that helps them better understand and reconnect with their body. Whether someone is dealing with chronic tension, stress, muscle discomfort, or simply looking for time to reset and recharge, I strive to provide sessions that are both restorative and results-driven while helping clients feel more at home in their body.
