My name is Sydney Feig and I am a student massage therapist completing my training at Blue Heron Academy and I will be graduating in March. I have a degree in exercise science, which has given me a strong foundation in human movement, biomechanics, and injury prevention. I am passionate about helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and support overall physical wellness. Through my education and hands on clinical experience, I have developed a solid base in therapeutic techniques and client-centered care, with a growing interest in pursuing sports massage therapy to support active individuals and enhance recovery and performance.
