Hi, I'm Maya, a licensed massage therapist since 2023. I have a passion for problem solving, a deep interest in the human body, and a strong desire to help others on their healing journey. I specialize in therapeutic massage, where I combine deep tissue and sports massage techniques with the soothing flow of Swedish massage to create sessions that are both effective and relaxing. I offer a range of modalities including Swedish/relaxation, deep tissue, cupping, sports, and prenatal massage. My approach is focused and intentional- aimed at releasing tension. improving mobility and helping clients feel better in their bodies. I particularly like working with regular clients because it allows me to track progress over time and play an active role in their long-term wellness.
