Since 2004, I've been providing my clients with the care they need to feel their best. I use multiple techniques in the process, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Hot Stones. I strive to expand my practice with the most up-to-date education in order to give my clients the best experience possible. I combine technique with care for each individual. This is more than just a career to me; it's my calling. Giving great care includes listening to your clients, and that's a huge part of my practice. Kinesiology
Kinesiology tape is of benefit for soft tissue recovery (sprains/strains), pain relief, and reduction of swelling. It can be used for acute or sub-acute injuries. It can also be used to maintain and support tissues between massage sessions.
