Hello there! I've been a massage therapist for over 6 years with extensive experience working with collegiate and professional athletes. I specialize in deep tissue and sports massage, but can also do relaxation if that's more your speed. I also have experience in Table Thai Yoga, and myofasical release. I like working with clients to figure out the best way to treat any pain or tightness, and give suggestions (stretching, other self care options etc.) on how to prevent these things in the future.
