I am a graduate of Bio-Chi Institute in Sioux City, IA in October 2022. I am associated with Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals(ABMP). I am trained in deep-tissue massage, swedish massage, cupping, prenatal massage, trigger point therapy, hot stone massage, and some spa services. I love to help people live with less stress, pain free and mobile life through various massage techniques. I discuss with each client their massage expectations and what they hope to get out of massage. It's my clients time I am just holding the space. When I am not massaging I enjoy spending time with my children and family, read, go outdoors, traveling, music, and Mexican food.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapists hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
