I'm Tyler Dos Santos. Recent addition to the Eastern Panhandle, raised in Northern Virginia. Growing up I was never athletic, preferred books and make believe to sports and games. That changed and kept changing once I took a weight training class in high school and became a gym rat not long after. After years of chasing a pipe dream of becoming a professional actor-which is my oldest past time and one of my longest loves-of-my-life, I came clean with myself and began pursuing health, fitness and wellness as a career path. Because I love to get moving and get people moving. A couple of years after I got my Personal Training Certificate via The American College of Exercise (ACE) I enrolled in the 500 hour at the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage. Being fresh out of school, I am still finding my niche(s). I'm well aware every body is different because everybody has differences. Let's meet halfway and work together to get you back in the groove, fresh into the groove, set a new groove OR whatever puts you in a moving mood!
