Reflexology
"Reflexology is as old as walking barefoot" says my instructor, Claire Marie Miller. Essentially, when we walk barefoot our feet are stimulated by different textures, which awakens our nervous system. Reflexology uses applied pressure to mimic this sensation. My sessions, begin with a foot soak to soften the feet and end with a calf massage and warm towels. Come kick your feet up and experience it for yourself.
