My work is trauma-aware and centered on creating a sense of calm , safety , and deep support for the bodyparticularly when chronic pain or symptoms are connected to nervous system dysregulation and stress. I offer Swedish massage with light-to-medium pressure, manual lymphatic work , and craniosacral therapy , or a thoughtful blend of modalities based on your needs.
