I bring a warm and grounded presence to each session with my clients. I believe deeply in the innate healing capacity of the human body and am fueled by my work. I feel honored to work with those who are actively discovering their own healing potential and abilities. I offer bodywork treatments with a focus in Chinese massage . I work with clients to uncover underlying, root causes of physical pain and discomfort, whether they be emotional, psychological or a stuck physical pattern. I support my clients in making valuable connections within their bodies through hands on bodywork, breath work and awareness.
Chinese massage sessions incorporate a blend of therapies (tuina, cupping, acupressure and gua sha) to help resolve and relieve chronic muscle and joint pain, acute sprains and strains, arthritis, digestive issues, headaches and bring the body back into balance.
