I've been a Massage Therapist since September 2010. In that time I have given over 16,000 hours for massage. I focus on chronic pain relief, headache and migraine relief, injuries and general body maintenance. Based on your needs, I use a combination of deep tissue, trigger point, sports massage, myofascial release and assisted stretching to allow your body to be it's best.

60 minute Customized massage

50 minutes of hands-on massage customized for your specific needs. This session is best if you are just looking for general relaxation or maintenance, or if you have a specific area that needs attention. 90 minute sessions are suggested if you have multiple focus areas.
