Midland Sports Rehab

I am a new massage therapist bringing a strong academic and clinical foundation to my work. I earned my degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Wayne State University, where I gained valuable experience working in physical therapy offices and alongside the athletic training staff. This background allowed me to develop a deep understanding of human movement, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance, which I now integrate into my massage therapy practice. My education and clinical exposure enable me to approach each client with a well-rounded, informed perspective focused on safe and effective care. I was drawn to massage therapy because of its powerful ability to help people improve both physically and mentally. My goal is to support clients in reducing pain, improving mobility, managing stress, and ultimately returning to the activities they enjoy most-whether thats sports, exercise, work, or daily life. I am passionate about using therapeutic touch, movement knowledge, and individualized care to help clients feel better in their bodies and more confident in their recovery and overall well-being.
