Hello, hello! My name is Faith, and I am a massage therapy student at Bridgerland Technical College. My goal here and everywhere is to harbor a grounding environment for you to find your center and relax in this fast-paced world we live in, help you to keep doing the things you love, and to help you feel comfortable in the vessel you reside in. Whether you are struggling with your health or just looking to slow down and find some relief, I am here to work with you to help you feel the best you can be! I was lucky enough to grow up immersed in the massage therapy world, and I find it to be an extremely grounding and powerful practice. I am so excited to be here! Lets work together to get you feeling your best! When Im not massaging, you can usually find me making music, crocheting, or spending time in nature with the bugs!
Massage Therapy
A full body Swedish massage for relaxation and release of muscle aches and pains. The duration of this session will be 50 minutes or 80 minutes depending on your choice.Your first session will include your student therapist getting acquainted, gathering a health history, and establishing any treatment goals with you.Please complete the online intake form and arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session.
Reflexology
Reflexology addresses working on specific areas on your feet and hands that "reflex" to various places on your body. The client is fully clothed and made comfortable while lying on their back. You may choose the options to add aromatherapy to your session. The duration of this session will be 50 minutes.Your first session will include your student therapist getting acquainted, gathering a health history, and establishing any treatment goals with you.Please complete the online intake form.
