Born and raised in Iowa, growing food was her first passion. After experiencing lots of loss from illness and disease she turned to holistic wellness to create a better lifestyle for herself and her family. After 9/11, she felt the call to serve her country and joined the United States Navy Reserves, which started her passion for running, and continued through the loss of her dad and her 2 bbfs. Running became her go-to for both for weight loss and emotional strength. In 2005 she met her husband and moved to Colorado. It was there she attended the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado, receiving over 616 hours of Swedish, Neuromuscular, and deep tissue massage, and reflexotherapy, with additional training in pregnancy massage. She moved to Kalispell in 2013 and became an avid gardener and outdoor lover. She loves spending time in her gardens, greenhouse and backcountry, its there she decided to continue her passion of bodywork. Shes been a client of 5th Ave Massage for many years and finally went back to get her Montana license. She excited about sharing her journey of wellness with those around her. Elizabeth is member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and owner of Elizabeths Farm Table. She is new to the 5th Ave Massage team and is working on more certifications to be completed in the coming year.
