Hi, my name is Josue Leos. My family is originally from Mexico, but I was born in San Jose, California. My family moved to Minnesota when I was 3 years old. I grew up in Minneota, MN, and graduated from Minneota High School. I decided to become a Massage Therapist due to sport injuries in High School. I have always wanted to work in the fitness/medical field; however, extensive schooling was not in my plans. I attended Broadview University, in Sioux Falls, SD. I earned a certification in First Aid, CPR, and Massage Therapy. I am a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). I can perform a variety of bodywork techniques for relaxation and therapeutic massage. I can also perform a few advanced techniques such as trigger point, positional release, muscle energy, facilitated stretching, and myofascial release. I generally take more of a therapeutic approach during treatments. I enjoy the challenge of helping clients by thinking outside the box to perform the most efficient treatments. I want to help clients relieve pain, tightness, or discomfort, and I enjoy seeing the end result when people notice a difference in the way they feel and move. Smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
