Leticia Garza was born and raised in Idaho. She graduated from high school at CHS. Before pursing a career in Massage Therapy, Leticia was a healthcare worker for 10 years. The last two years she spent working in the ER, helping the community during the pandemic. Leticia often spends her time helping her family and caring for her grandmother. She loves animals and has 1 cat, 2 dogs, and a turtle. She also helps her grandmother with her 2 pet chickens, and her 1 pet duck. Leticia has a love of gardening and loves growing different varieties of heirloom plants. When she has time to herself, she likes to read, meditate, and catch up on sleep. Leticia is trained in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, and Cupping therapy. She is also trained in reiki and energy work, which she hopes to specialize in more. Shes also LGBTQ+ friendly.
Swedish massage uses smooth gliding strokes to bring back blood flow to an area. It's a gentle set of techniques that uses light to medium pressure. It is ideal for those who are looking for a more gentle and light service to bring relaxation without working on any problem areas in a more therapeutic way using Deep Tissue techniques. Swedish massage is NOT used to work out any knots or tense muscles.
