Acupuncture
Initial acupuncture treatments begin with a comprehensive assessment of your overall constitution and health concerns using Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, including a detailed health history, tongue and pulse diagnosis. Based on your unique presentation and chief complaint, a customized treatment may include acupuncture needles, ear seeds, electrical stimulation, and/or Gua Sha techniques to support healing and restore balance. Acupuncture works by stimulating specific points on the body to regulate the nervous system, improve circulation, reduce pain and inflammation, and support the body’s natural healing response. Treatments may help with pain management, stress reduction, digestion, sleep, hormonal balance, emotional wellbeing, and overall vitality. Following your assessment, a personalized treatment plan will be provided to help you achieve your health goals. Recommendations may include Chinese Herbal Medicine, Chinese Diet Therapy, Qigong exercises, and other supportive exercises, stretches, and lifestyle guidance to continue your progress at home.
