Athletic Therapy
Assisted Stretch Therapy is a hands on approach performed by our Kinesiologist. He will complete a thorough symptom review & movement assessment to determine which joints and muscles are tight and may be contributing to your discomfort. You can fully relax while our Kinesiologist uses various stretching techniques that specifically target tight areas such as; hips, legs, back, neck and shoulders. To complete this session, Kinesiologist will tailor a home stretch program that you can continue with in between your appointments.
