Our most popular session. Feeling off? Outta wack? Lopsided?This session is designed to help your body go back into balance, soothing what is sore and loosening up what is stiff. It incorporates stretching, trigger-points, percussion and vibration.It is encouraged that you wear clothes that are easy to move around in, I recommend a tank top and some leggings or basketball shorts to facilitate better freedom of movement and access to the hip and shoulder joints.
