Booking Pre/Post-Natal Massage online. You must complete and sign our Pregnancy Massage Consent Form before your appointment. This ensures your therapist has all the important health information and can safely modify your treatment. **Prenatal Massage – Booking Information** Prenatal massage is a safe and effective way to support comfort and well-being throughout pregnancy when performed at the appropriate stage. Please note that prenatal massage is **not advised during the first trimester (weeks 1–12)**. Out of an abundance of caution and in alignment with best practice guidelines, our clinic **reserves the right to decline or reschedule treatment** if you are within your first trimester at the time of your appointment. If you are unsure of your eligibility or have any questions prior to booking, we encourage you to contact our reception team. We are happy to help guide you to the most appropriate care. Important: For safety reasons, patients who are less than 12 weeks (first trimester) pregnant will not be treated at this time.
