She incorporates a variety of modalities, including Medical massage, Neural Reset Therapy, acupressure, reflexology, and craniosacral techniques customized for each client. This work is typically performed in athletic wear/ loose fitting clothing and aims to promote long-term wellness and improve your physical and emotional well-being.
