Asymmetry Bodywork Therapies

Therapeutic massage focuses on soft tissue manipulation to address restrictions in the musculoskeletal system. Treatment is client centered and the goal of this session is to promote relaxation, reduce pain, and create structural change. Brianna blends Massage, Myofascial Release, and myoskeletal work into her treatments in addition to complimentary add ons (see service menu). This treatment can benefit clients dealing with injury, tension, post/pre-natal, or are just in need of feeling better.

Deborah leverages her extensive background in orthopedic massage and fitness to address both recent and chronic pain and functional limitations. She incorporates a variety of modalities, including Medical massage, Neural Reset Therapy, acupressure, reflexology, and craniosacral techniques customized for each client. This work is typically performed in athletic wear/ loose fitting clothing and aims to promote long-term wellness and improve your physical and emotional well-being.

This therapy addresses asymmetry, range of motion and soft tissue dysfunctions that create pain and movement limitations in the body. Certified in Myoskeletal Alignment, Orthopedic & Medical Massage, Jessica blends techniques such as myofascial release, stretching, and joint mobilization. Treatment is performed in loose fitting/athletic clothing so please bring or wear them to session.
