Service Description

AppointmentFind is a free directory service that displays real-time appointment availability from healthcare practitioners. We aggregate and display information from third-party booking platforms to help users find available appointments.

We do not handle bookings. All appointments must be booked directly through the practitioner's booking system. We are not a party to any booking or service agreement between you and the practitioner.

No Warranties

AppointmentFind is provided "as is" for informational purposes only. While we strive to display accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties about:

• The accuracy or completeness of practitioner information
• The current availability of appointments
• The quality of services provided by practitioners
• The functionality or uninterrupted availability of our service

Third-Party Relationships

When you click through to book an appointment, you are redirected to external booking platforms operated by third parties (such as JaneApp, Noterro, or ClinicSense). Your relationship is directly with the practitioner and their booking platform. We are not responsible for:

• Services provided by practitioners
• Booking policies or cancellation terms
• Payment processing or refunds
• Privacy practices of external booking platforms

User Conduct

You agree to use AppointmentFind only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Attempt to access data or systems without authorization

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppointmentFind and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the service
• Inaccurate or incomplete information displayed
• Services provided by practitioners listed on our platform
• Issues with third-party booking platforms

For Practitioners

Practitioners listed on AppointmentFind are discovered through public sources or direct submissions. If you are a practitioner and wish to be removed from our directory, please contact us.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We may also update these terms, and changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
