As an integrative massage therapist, my goal is to provide you with a detailed therapeutic session that is completely customized to your individual body and lifestyle. Throughout your treatment I am gathering information through visual assessment and touch. I take my time addressing muscle tension and dysfunction with a variety of techniques. I work in collaboration with each client to best address individual concerns, using breath work and communication. Treatment plans are customized to better suit your recovery by promoting circulation, decreasing stress, minimizing pain, and bringing awareness to the body. I am very passionate about working with people who have physical impairments and more specifically, with pre- and peri-natal woman.
Therapeutic massage focuses on soft tissue manipulation to address restrictions in the musculoskeletal system. Treatment is client centered and the goal of this session is to promote relaxation, reduce pain, and create structural change. Brianna blends Massage, Myofascial Release, and myoskeletal work into her treatments in addition to complimentary add ons (see service menu). This treatment can benefit clients dealing with injury, tension, post/pre-natal, or are just in need of feeling better.
