SIGNATURE BLOEM. 90 minutes. In this session I combine Californian massage, deep-tissue techniques, lymphatic drainage and gentle energy work to release tension and invite deep relaxation. The massage often begins with focused work to soften deeper muscular tension, followed by slow, flowing movements that calm the nervous system and support circulation. The 90-minute format allows the body the time it needs to truly unwind and receive the full benefits of the work. With over 1500 hours of training, my approach helps the body release endorphins, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer and renewed.
