20 min - $50 A consultation with Dr. Hogan, DACM to review your medical case and discuss treatment. , Treatment is NOT included in this time and fee, however time will be available for treatment after the consultation. If the schedule appears full, please call us at 732-227-9991 and we will schedule for you. Please fill out the online intake form so the doctor can review your case before your appointment. We will contact you before your scheduled appointment if we need more information.
