Welcome to Active Life. We look forward to meeting you! Please note that our address is 312 W Stassney Lane 78745. We look forward to helping you feel your best. Our new patient appointments are usually approximately 45 minutes-1 hour long. We do require a credit card to be on file. It will only be charged our NO SHOW fee of 50.00 if you do not show up or call within 24 hours of the time we have put aside for you.
