These initial sessions include a thorough assessment of your bike and adjustments to made sure it fits your needs, sport and accommodates for existing injuries. Initial sessions are 90-minutes in length. Please come with both your bike, cycling shoes and cycling clothes that you usually ride in.

Short Initial Physiotherapy Assessment-25 minutes

Short initial assessment with 25 minutes of one-one treatment time. For clients who can not find a suitable full initial assessment space. *Please note: These sessions DO NOT allow adequate time for a full assessment. We strongly recommend a full assessment for any new clients to the clinic.

  • Orthopaedic manual therapy and joint manipulation.
  • IMS treatment for muscle pain relief.
  • Exercise prescription and functional movement re-education.
  • Clinical Pilates for motor control retraining.
