A tailored massage session designed to meet the needs and outcomes of the client and therapist. A variety of techniques are applied to provide a relaxing, therapeutic experience. A blend of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myoskeletal Alignment Technique, and subtle stretches may be used. Aromatherapy, Cupping and Hot Stones may be added at the request of the client.
