Massage therapy is performed by Tara, a licensed massage therapists. Massage uses different pressures, movements, and techniques to soften muscles and tissues. It releases stress and tension, provides relief from aches and pains, and improves the immune system. Additionally, it helps to reduces anxiety, improves sleep, heals injuries, and supports wellness and self-care.

Chiropractic
New Patient appointments for chiropractic care are scheduled with Dr. Cindy Jakubiec. At the appointment a comprehensive history and physical examination will take place. No other services will be provided during this initial appointment. If you are unable to keep this appointment or if you need to reschedule, please contact our office at (708) 462-5113. There is a $245 non-refundable fee for late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and No Shows to the appointment.
