Initial Assessment - AZP
During an initial assessment, you will taken through an 1) intake interview and 2) a physical exam. You will be asked questions about your medical history, your current complaint, and how your injury is affecting you day-to-day, then physical testing will be done to determine the cause of your concern. Please be prepared with sports wear. Following the initial assessment, indicated treatments will be provided and exercises will be given to you to take home and work on.
- Rehabilitation for orthopaedic conditions.
- Treating acute and chronic pain.
- Addressing repetitive strain injuries.
- Motor-vehicle accident injury recovery.
- Managing neurological conditions.
