The client remains fully dressed except for the feet. There are over 7,200 nerves in each foot. Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your systems/ organs/ body parts. Although the session is just working with the feet, it is healthy for the entire body!
