Physiotherapy
Initial consult for a physical therapy visit. Please fill out forms sent to you prior to coming it, it will save us both a lot of time! If you are coming in for pain, please preemptively take a dose of pain medication prior to our visit. Please wear clothes you can easily move in. I look forward to meeting you!
