Your first session is designed to assess, treat, and create a personalized recovery plan. At Ignited Wellness & Nutrition, your first massage is more than a standard appointment, it's a comprehensive evaluation of how your muscles and soft tissues are impacting the way you move and feel. Kathie will discuss your health history, activity level, previous injuries, and goals before performing a targeted assessment to identify areas of tension, restriction, and imbalance. Using a combination of sports massage, medical massage, myofascial release, and neuromuscular techniques, your treatment is customized specifically to your body. The additional time allows for both assessment and hands-on therapy while establishing a plan for ongoing care if needed. Ideal for: First-time clients Chronic muscle tension or pain Previous injuries or surgeries Active individuals and athletes Anyone looking for targeted therapeutic massage rather than a relaxation massage
