READ BEFORE BOOKING We’re so glad you’re taking this step toward better health! During this first visit, Dr. Whitney will review your intake form, look over any past images you bring, and answer your questions. If it looks like you’re a good fit for care, your evaluation and any needed X-rays will be done at the same appointment. Before your visit: Please complete your online paperwork ahead of time. If that’s not possible, plan to arrive 15 minutes early so you can fill it out in the office. Bring any relevant imaging or reports with you (MRI, CT, MRA, etc.) so Dr. Whitney has the full picture. We can’t wait to meet you and help you start your journey toward feeling better!
