Austin Integrative Bodywork

The Integrative Massage session is designed to identify and correct areas of tension and restriction. This is done using an integrative and holistic approach utilizing deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, spot cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and vibration/percussion.
