My B.A.M.! technique draws from a larger spectrum but has a focus in Swedish massage, myofascial, sport massage and neuromuscular therapy (trigger point therapy). Trigger point therapy focuses on the release of tension around specific nerve centers found throughout your body. It is great for relieving cramped and overused muscles.
