Even kids need to relax!!! AGES 8 TO 17 accepted! All minors must have a MINOR RELEASE FORM signed by parent/guardian!!! For children 8 to 15 years of age a parent/ guardian must be present in the room during service. 16 years of age must be on location (in salon or parking lot). 17 years of age only need the minor release forms.
