Initial 1 Hour Massage - Approximately the first 15 minutes of your appointment will be a health assessment and discussion. The time remaining will be your massage.

An hour accommodates a full body massage or focal work to a couple of key areas that are bothering you. This treatment helps to revitalize mind and body, restoring greater ease and vitality for the rest of your day! All sessions include assessment, hands-on massage therapy, hydrotherapy application and home-care education (as indicated, at RMT discretion).

Acupuncture
This visit is for those interested in Acupuncture ONLY (without naturopathic treatment) We will take a TCM case and then administer treatment. This can include emotionally focused acupuncture.
For existing patients who are on an established treatment plan with Dr Shortt and wish to enhance their results with Acupuncture.
Naturopath
For those age 12 and up who are seeking comprehensive care. This first visit is designed to cover your primary health concerns, past medical history and treatment, risk factors, and health goals. The appointment will also include TCM/acupuncture intake, and any additional testing required. You will leave with a treatment plan catered for your care. Please call us if you don't see a time that works for you.***Please note Dr Saini does not treat cancer or Lyme Disease. Please call the clinic for these conditions and we will find an alternate ND to provide care. CANCELLATION POLICY- If less than 4 days notice of cancellation prior to your appointment, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100%. We ask if you are uncertain of your schedule to please refrain from booking until you are able to commit.
During this second appointment we will review your DUTCH test results and finalize your return to health strategy as well as review any other available labs, existing supplements and answer any questions from the first appointment. We will review overall expectations for your progress and set timelines for further follow ups.
