Sports Massage targets specific muscle groups utilized to encourage muscle tissue recovery, and increased flexibility, circulation, and range of motion to enhance performance. Treatments may include thermo-therapy, assisted stretching, cupping, tapotement, cross fiber friction, and percussive therapy. This treatment is excellent for clients who participate in sports and fitness and have a regular work-out routine or are preparing to or recently completed a major fitness event.
