Prenatal massage has been shown to; promotes a healthy in-utero home for baby, increase relaxation for mom and baby, decreasing anxiety and depression, and increase blood circulation and reduces swelling. At BWD, we take extra care of our moms. We provide specialized pads that allow our clients to be able to lay on their stomachs with appropriate support for both their bellies and breasts. Belly work is also done to address growing pains.
