Includes both Fascial Restructuring Therapy and Deep Tissue Massage Therapy Fascial Restructuring Therapy is a very deep form of fascial therapy that is largely pain free. Fascial Restructuring Therapy uses a direct, sequential, systemic approach to fascial therapy, relying on several foundational principles that facilitate the proper and effective release of adhesion at every level in the body. The goal is simple, reduce or eliminate chronic/traumatic pain and stiffness by releasing scar tissue/adhesions, realigning soft tissue and bones and restoring the body to a more balanced state. Deep Tissue Massage Therapy is a therapeutic and corrective treatment. Using slow and deep pressure strokes in concentrated areas to release the deepest layers of the body’s tissues.
