Each session begins with a brief intake consultation and is then customized based on that intake, current symptoms, and goals for treatment. After assessing what you’re experiencing and how you want to feel in your body, together we determine the most appropriate approach for that session including techniques, pressure, focus areas, enhancements, etc.
