Body Braille

A soothing and rejuvenating massage using techniques certified under Elaine Stillerman's MotherMassage program. Use of safety cushions allows for traditional lying on the belly, on the back and on side with modifications as needed. Sessions focus on the neck, shoulders, lower back, abdomen and feet as the mother-to-be adjusts to the new distribution of body weight and other rapid changes in the body.
